There will be no official meeting of the London Shogi Club in December as Saturday 26th is a public holiday.
However, it's always possible that players may arrange to meet up in the gap between Boxing Day and New Year.
If people are doing this it might be a good idea to put a comment on our Facebook page to let people know.

There will be a Saturday meeting of the London Shogi Club on 28.11.2015. Steven Cain will be getting there between 11am and 11.30am, and there should be someone around until at least 2pm at Caffe Nero, 10 Bedford Street, London WC2E 7HE.

Shogi at the Mind Sports Olympiad on 23.08.2015
There is an opportunity to play Shogi (as well as many other games including Go, Othello, Chinese Chess, Entropy and Lines of Action) at the Mind Sports Olympiad, being held from 23-31 August at JW3 on London's Finchley Road.The Shogi event is on Sunday 23rd August starting at 7pm.

Shogi tournament in Birchington on 06.06.2015
Steve Campbell is running an 'all-comers (veterans particularly welcome)' one-day shogi event in Birchington, Kent. It will be held on Saturday, June 6th, at the Seaview Hotel, which is less than ten minutes' walk from Birchington railway station.
