There will be a Saturday meeting of the London Shogi Club on 26.11.2016. There should be someone around from 11.30am until at least 2pm at Caffe Nero, 10 Bedford Street, London WC2E 7HE.
Everyone is very welcome, regardless of strength or experience.
The nearest rail station is Charing Cross. Embankment, Covent Garden and Leicester Square underground stations are close, but it's best to check which lines are running with Transport for London.

The 2016 British Shogi Championships were held last weekend (October 29/30) in Chingford, East London.
Koji Kameda (3 dan) from Japan was the clear winner of the 2016 British Open Shogi Championship with 6/6, ahead of Wenhao Cai on 5/6 and six other players.
The 2016 British Closed Champion is Steven Cain who beat Lionel Kent in a seventh round play-off after these two players tied on 2/3 from the games between the GB players. Lionel Kent was promoted to 2kyu.
